Zoom has expanded its range of golf lasers with the launch of the Focus S, a new model which is packed with premium features but costs under £200.
The Focus S boasts a 7° field of vision, 6x magnification, ultra-bright LCD display and comes with an adjustable eye piece to cater for golfers with different levels of vision.
The premium optics combine with a host of practical features such as vibration feedback, slope mode – with visible switch for tournament play – flag scan mode and continuous measurement for scanning the course. Plus the return of one of Zoom’s most popular features, a micro USB rechargeable battery that lasts over 50 rounds on one full charge.Weighing just 190g, the unit is offered in two designs, black or black/silver, and comes with a protective carry case, including a carabiner and bungee attachment and has an RRP of £199.Steve Grant, Sales Manager for Zoom in the UK & Ireland, said: “In the Focus S, I think we have our best rangefinder yet. It’s packed with premium features, it looks fantastic and we’ve brought back the rechargeable battery from the Focus X that was hugely popular. There really is everything a golfer could want from a rangefinder and all for less than £200.
“The rangefinder market seems pretty split between expensive premium models and cheap alternatives with minimal features,” added Grant. “The Focus S bridges that gap, giving a golfer every feature that they need and nothing that they don’t, all for an incredibly affordable price.”
