England’s Georgia Hall finished third in the SGF67 World Ladies Championship held in Haikou, China.
The 20-year-old from Dorset, playing in her first European Tour event of the season, finished with a six-under 67 for 11-under-par total.
South Korean duo Hae Rym Kim and Seon Woo Bae contested a play-off after both finished on 14 under over three rounds, with the Kim holding on for victory after winning the second extra hole with a four-foot birdie putt.
Hall, who is attached to Remedy Oak Golf Club in Bournemouth, said: “My putting wasn’t quite there this week, but my long game has been amazing and that kept me in it – I only missed one fairway in the final round and two in the previous two days. I’m happy with tied third, considering how I putted.”
