South Africa’s Christiaan Bezuidenhout claimed his second European Tour title with a four-shot victory at the Alfred Dunhill Championship at Leopard Creek Country Club.
The home favourite started the final round three shots off the lead, but a closing 69 saw him finish at 14 under, clear of Richard Bland, Sean Crocker, Adrian Meronk and Jayden Schaper.
“It’s incredible,” said Bezuidenhout. “This tournament has been close to my heart since I played it for the first time. It’s always been a tournament I wanted to win and to pull it off today is really special to me. I’m proud of myself to stick in there and to have pulled it off round here.”
