As well as attracting a strong field of professionals, the championship also sees a host of celebrities in action, with this year’s start sheet including Mike Tindall, Nigel Mansell, Brian McFadden, Keith Duffy, Robbie Fowler and Andy Cole. Also participating will be Harry Potter stars James and Oliver Phelps, who are making their debut at the event, Dan Walker, Len Goodman, Naga Munchetty, and England’s most capped footballer Peter Shilton.

Tony Jacklin is back on hosting duties for the event, and is thrilled to see so many professionals competing for the €150,000 prize fund. He said, “This year we have the best line-up yet and I cannot wait to see the professional players show their skills on the course.”

Nailcote Hall owner Rick Cressman is delighted at this year’s star-studded line-up. “Every year the BP3 seems to get better and 2017 is no different. One of the best things about the Championship is that we have a great mix of professional and celebrity involvement and I think this year’s edition proves that once again.”
