Crew springs into action with first golf apparel range

Crew’s golf collection features classic staples such as polos, half-zip tops, jumpers and gilets boasting technical elements designed specially for golf

Crew Clothing has launched its first golf-specific apparel collection with pieces that blend the British brand’s signature approach to design with performance innovation, encompassing a range of sportwear designed for casual and serious players alike.

Available for both men and women, the SS22 range features an array of tops, knitwear, outerwear and accessories. Heritage pieces, such as the polo shirt, half-zip and lightweight gilet, also feature within the collection.
Crew’s golf apparel includes numerous innovations to improve comfort and enhance performance, including pieces featuring four-way stretch for easy swinging, while durability and quality remain central to the brand offering so select styles have been finished with strength-enhancing properties such as abrasion resistance.
To further improve comfort, many of the products boast COOLMAX moisture-wicking technology, while DuPont Sorona, a plant-based wadding that combines built-in warmth and ultra lightweight can be found in the men’s quilted gilet.
To equip players for all conditions, rain or shine, parts of the collection feature UV protection alongside shower and windproof materials. Showerproof jackets and waterproof zips are built for the elements, whilst the windbreaker is lightweight and effortlessly easy to wear.
Speaking about the new golf range, Crew’s brand director, Georgina Clark, said: “Our signature crossed oars logo has long been spotted at golf clubs around the country, so moving into the space felt like an authentic progression for the brand, especially as a partner of the Legends Tour. The collection is a testament to our admiration for the game, featuring all the technical innovations a player needs to give it their very best shot.”
Crew Clothing’s SS22 golf apparel collection is available to buy at crewclothing.com and from a limited selection of its high street stores from April 23.
